Brownies

Serves: 6 people

Time: 5 min plus cooking time

Ingredients:

  • 225g sugar
  • 120g  extra dark chocolate
  • 90g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 90g flour 50g nuts

Execution:

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
  • Melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave (600 W for 1min 30secs) and let it cool.
  • Slightly beat the eggs and add them to the butter and chocolate. Then add the sugar and the flour. Mix gently and add the chopped Pecan nuts.
  • Pour the mix in a square cooking tray (20×20).
  • Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool before taking them out of the stamp.
  • Best served hot, with the addition of whipped cream and vanilla ice cream if you want.
