Time: 5 min plus cooking time
Ingredients:
- 225g sugar
- 120g extra dark chocolate
- 90g butter
- 2 eggs
- 90g flour 50g nuts
Execution:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
- Melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave (600 W for 1min 30secs) and let it cool.
- Slightly beat the eggs and add them to the butter and chocolate. Then add the sugar and the flour. Mix gently and add the chopped Pecan nuts.
- Pour the mix in a square cooking tray (20×20).
- Cook in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool before taking them out of the stamp.
- Best served hot, with the addition of whipped cream and vanilla ice cream if you want.
