Vegetable doughnut

Serve: 6 people.

Timing: one hour

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots
  • 3 courgettes
  • 3 eggs
  • 60g of flour
  • 100g of Emmental
  • thyme, basil

Preparation:

  • Grate the carrots, courgettes, and the Emmental.
  • Add the flour and yolks to the grated vegetables and emmental.
  • Whip the egg whites.
  • Add the egg whites carefully.
  • Butter a donut cake tin .
  • Pour the mixture and cook for 40/50 min in the oven at 180 degrees.
