Ingredients:
- 3 carrots
- 3 courgettes
- 3 eggs
- 60g of flour
- 100g of Emmental
- thyme, basil
Preparation:
- Grate the carrots, courgettes, and the Emmental.
- Add the flour and yolks to the grated vegetables and emmental.
- Whip the egg whites.
- Add the egg whites carefully.
- Butter a donut cake tin .
- Pour the mixture and cook for 40/50 min in the oven at 180 degrees.
