Ingredients:
- 400g whipped cream
- 330g mascarpone
- 250g icing sugar
- 110g yolk
- 100g espresso coffee
- 2g coffee powder
- 8 savoiardi
- cocoa powder
- dehydrated raspberry powder
Preparation:
- Melt at bain-marie the white chocolate with 100g of whipped cream, and stir properly.
- Whip the yolks with the icing sugar, the mascarpone and the coffee powder. On the side, whip the cream and add to the mascarpone mixture, stirring gently.
- Put the chocolate sauce in the little bowls and the mascarpone and Panna compound.
- Sprinkle with cocoa and raspberry powder.
- Dip half side of savoiardi in the espresso coffee and put in the tiramisu’, so that the dry side fall out of the cream.
