This is the recipe that I have learnt in the prep school.
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 200gr of dark chocolate
- 100gr sugar
- 250gr almonds/hazelnut grounded
- Some dry biscuits
- 1 egg
Execution:
Melt the chocolate and butter, and let it cool.
Whisk the egg and add the sugar.
Crumble the biscuits and add the almonds/hazelnut.
Mix all together.
Pour the mixture on an aluminium foil and shape as a salami.
Refrigerate for 6 hours Remove the aluminium foil and roll in the icing sugar
