Preparation: 15 mins, cooking time 35 mins, serves 6/8

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 300g of spinach
  • 100g ham
  • 200g ricotta
  • 50g grated parmesan
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Boil the spinach in salted water. Drain very well, and chop them.
  3. Beat 2 eggs.
  4. Chopped the honey ham.
  5. Mix all together with the ingredients.
  6. Open in a tray the puff pastry sheet.
  7. Pour the mixture on the pastry, fold the edges.
  8. Bake for 35 min.
