Ingredients:
- 1 sheet ready-rolled all-butter puff pastry
- 2 eggs
- 300g of spinach
- 100g ham
- 200g ricotta
- 50g grated parmesan
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Boil the spinach in salted water. Drain very well, and chop them.
- Beat 2 eggs.
- Chopped the honey ham.
- Mix all together with the ingredients.
- Open in a tray the puff pastry sheet.
- Pour the mixture on the pastry, fold the edges.
- Bake for 35 min.
