Preparation:
Ingredients:
- 170gr flour
- 150gr rice flour
- 200gr muscovado or cane sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 240 white yoghurt
- 100 sunflower oil
- 60gr rice/vegetable cream
- 1 yeast
- 14 cubes of frozen Nutella
Put a teaspoon of Nutella in an ice tray and freeze for 2 hours.
- In one bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl put all the liquid ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Then put together all the ingredients but do not overwork the mixture as it can split.
- Preheat the oven at 170 degrees fan.
- Line 2 muffin trays with paper muffin cases (there should be 14)
- pour one spoon of the mixture in each muffin case.
- Add a cube of frozen Nutella in each case and cover it with the remaining mixture.
- Bake for 25/30 min.
- When cold, sprinkle with icing sugar.
