Kale and Basil Pesto

Preparation: 10 mins makes 420 ml

Ingredients:

  • 240ml of olive oil
  • 100g freshly grated parmesan
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 80g basil leaves
  • 135g kale
  • 25g pine nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  1. Put all the ingredients into a mixer and secure the lid.
  2. Start the mixer and slowly increase the speed.

Blend for 30 seconds, or until your preferred consistency is reached.
