Preparation: 10 mins makes 420 ml

Ingredients:
- 240ml of olive oil
- 100g freshly grated parmesan
- 3 garlic cloves
- 80g basil leaves
- 135g kale
- 25g pine nuts
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- Put all the ingredients into a mixer and secure the lid.
- Start the mixer and slowly increase the speed.
Blend for 30 seconds, or until your preferred consistency is reached.
