Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 100 gr butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 180gr biscuits
For the filling:
- 150gr soft cheese Philadelphia
- 125gr mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Execution:
For the crust:
Chop in a blender the biscuits, or put them in a plastic bag and crush them.
Melt the butter.
Mix the biscuits, the butter and a tablespoon of sugar until it thickens.
Push on the base of a cake mould, previously lined with greaseproof paper, in order to create the base.
Put in the fridge for an hour.
For the filling:
In a bowl blend the cheese, the mascarpone, the sugar and the extract of vanilla.
If you like, you can add 100gr of melted white chocolate to the cheese compost.
Pour the mixture on the crust. Decorate as you prefer, with jam, fruit or Nutella.
Keep refrigerated.
