Serves: 6 people
Ingredients:
- 200gr sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 100 gr flour
- 1 l milk
- Zest of a lemon
Execution:
In a non-stick pan whip the 4 egg yolks and the sugar, preferably with a wooden spoon, until it becomes clear.
Add the flour little by little. Flavour the milk with the whole zest of a lemon.
Now pour the milk and start cooking very slowly.
Continue to mix until it is simmering.
Make it cook for three minutes from when it starts to simmer. Before serving, let it cool.
