Ingredients:
- 450g swiss chard
- 150g millet flour
- 150g primo sale cheese or swiss cottage cheese
- 50g pomegranate
- sparkling water
- thyme, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Preparation:
- Rinse the millet flour under fresh running water and boil it in salted water for 15 min. Wash the swiss chard and cut it into strips. Chop a big handful of parsley and a few leaves of thyme.
- In a pan, brown the swiss chard with two tablespoons of olive oil for 1 min, add 350 ml of sparkling water ( in this way, the colour will remain brilliant), put a lead on—Cook for 5 min.
- Drain the millet flour, blend it with the herbs, and a dash of olive oil.
- With the help of pastry rings, form small burgers ( 2 per person).
- Complete the plate with the swiss chard, the cheese crumbled, and the pomegranate.
Millet flour is a good alternative to wheat. It is full of proteins and vitamins and contributes to control cholesterol. It improves the beauty of hair and nail with silicic acid.
